Read on for reports from the Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie and Sydney.
Weekly sked for the week ending January 18, 2015. Gold Coast Light Tackle Masters enters the final day with two teams vying for the lead with 5 tags each and plenty of tournaments upcoming before the end of the month as well. Summary: another 8 from 9 on the Gold Coast for Capt. Ross, Port Mac Golden Lure ladies and kids day, more small black marlin action from South West Rocks and stripes on the NSW South Coast.

The Gold Coast action hasn’t let up (good news for the tournament – briefing tomorrow!). Capt. Ross McCubbin, on Reel Busy this time with Craig and Jim Vernon on Monday added another 8 from 9 (!) and was back in by 1:30pm. Ross says that all the fish were in the 30-50kg range, a bit smaller this time.
