Some spectacular fishing over the last couple of days culminated yesterday at Port Macquarie’s Golden Lure comp with more than 50 marlin tags reported.  And the Band of Brother team/Team Simrad were able capitalise on the arrival of the little blacks going 7 from 7 all on 10 kg!

On the Gold Coast, a few more blue marlin out wide including a great capture for Garry and James Holt’s French Look yesterday with a 93.5kg blue marlin for James on 4kg line – a potential Australian record for James and a 23:1 capture!
