Big fish to the north, big fish to the south and in between!

Capt. Dean Beach’s Onsite (who went 2-2 on small fish Wednesday as well) followed up his great run with three more yesterday right up the top off Yong reef including another real nice one that Deano put at 950lbs.

Meanwhile down to the south, while I haven’t had too many reports, Capt. Daniel McCarthy on Moana III tells me he know of about 7 big fish caught off Linden Bank and Opal Ridge on Wednesday including one for his angler that he put at 950lbs following up the day before from one that was 920lbs out wide.  Dan also said there were a few big ones yesterday as well and he added three more yesterday including a double header of 200lb-er and 600lb-er.

Capt. Darren “Biggles” Haydon’s Bounty Hunter finished a 4 day trip with 7 fish to 700lbs.

Capt. Laurie Wright is back on the wheel of Calypso and reports two smaller fish yesterday. On KEKOA with Capt. Luke Fallon, we also went 2 from 3 and missed the bite out of another one of extra large size.
