Although the weather isn’t quite as cooperative now as it was when this photo was taken, it hasn’t stopped the black marlin tally from continuing. Capt. Damien Colette’s Saltaire went 2 from 3 on the last day of a four day trip out of Fitzroy Island off Cairns. Photo above is Luke Prainito from Melbourne with his first marlin.

And Capt. Casey Dent’s Levante was in the numbers again, with a 11-8-5 on Friday with all three of the guests on boat notching up first marlin.   And then again with the Boss girls on board on Saturday, he added another.
