I’ve seen a bit of a trend across the interweb of late of using animated gifs to show a sequence of images so I thought I’d try it out on a sequence of mine. This is Jarad “Dingo” Boshammer on the leader of a good fish on the reef in 2011.  It worked out really well, and you can see the moment when the leader breaks quite clearly.  Will be repeating this with sequence shots again in the future!  (Send yours in too!)

By the lack of reports, its been fairly quiet on the marlin front over the last couple of weeks. I know here in North Queensland we’ve been hammered by the south-easterlies for what feels like forever. Hopefully we’ll get a run of good weather soon so the boats can get out again soon!
